UPDATE 09.07.11:  The SP28 EP2 software update has been deployed to most server clusters but there are a few remaining clusters that don’t have it yet. Only customers that are on non-locked down releases will receive this update. As always, the best way to tell if a site has been upgraded is to check it manually using the steps in http://kb.webex.com/WBX33170. If you don't have the update and you are using a company deployment of WebEx, contact your IT department to get this update. UPDATE 09.09.11 In some cases, a company-wide WebEx account may be serviced through a WebEx partner. When you look for the version (above) you may see a partner name instead. You will need to contact your Partner to have the site upgraded. Usually these requests should come from the Site Admin or the primary billing contact at your company. August 2011 Mac OS 10.7 (Lion) is currently not supported by WebEx. Lion is tentatively slated to be supported in WBS 27.28.2 (SP28 EP2). The release date for SP28 EP2 is tentatively set for the end of August 2011. WebEx will also announce official support in FR29 (ETA 9/30).
