If you are reading this on your new Apple iPad, we have to admit, we are just a bit jealous.
Congratulations on getting up early on Saturday or having the good sense to order yours early! We've seen the photos on Facebook of delighted people showing off their new toy. And hopefully, when you take a break from reading Winnie the Pooh or watching Netflix, you'll figure out you can also use it to get some work done!
That's where Cisco WebEx comes in...
You can get WebEx for the iPad right now and start using it today! This is great news for anyone who wants to get away from sitting at a desk to conduct a meeting (you can also use your iPhone to WebEx as well). PC World named WebEx as one of their "must have" apps for business users.
The folks at Plantronics are regular WebEx users and they see the iPad application as a real help to their team: "Plantronics is constantly pursuing solutions that enhance mobile collaboration between our employees, partners and customers," said Steve Kjaer, IT Director, Plantronics. "With Cisco WebEx Meeting Center on the iPad, people can quickly join a WebEx VoIP meeting to present information and share applications from anywhere they might be working."

After reading thru the comments over on the FaceBook discussion group page, I find I need one thing more than anything else, and that is the ability to join any WebEx mtg from either the iPad or iPhone - not just meetings, but events, trainings, online stage, etc.
App sharing would be cool, but that means the iPad and iPhone OSs would need to allow multi-tasking (I suspect) so probably a no-go.
