One of the programs that I run here at WebEx is "Samantha", the virtual meeting assistant. So what is a virtual meeting assistant and why do you need one?
I've been in this space for almost five years, first at PlaceWare and now WebEx, and frankly, I could not imagine working without real-time collaboration tools. In fact, without my range of devices and services, cellphone, blackberry, IM and WebEx, I think my life would be even more complex. With them I can work wherever I have an Internet connection and phone reception. My team knows my presence info and how to contact me, and I am available to answer questions, escalate issues and jump into a meeting, regardless if I am at the office, working from home or on the road.
As we all know, once someone takes their first step forward, they'll be running in no time. But how do you get people to take their first web 2.0 step?
That's where Samantha comes in. She is a virtual meeting assistant who helps the user with their first web conferencing steps. I've developed several versions of Samantha and in the first six months of the program, we've seen some very impressive results. So feel free to let Samantha take you on a tour of WebEx. We've even localized her for the Latin American and Spanish market; Bienvenidos Claudia!
If you believe Samantha has helped you become a better WebEx presenter, leave a comment to this blog

A Virtual Assistant is a person who does the job for a business concern but virtually. He provides administrative assistance services which include typing work, mailing service, organizing meetings, preparing invoice, planning events, etc. He also provides creative and technical services. He can do any work for you. He communicates through different electronic communication mediums mostly through e-mails.
You need not hire a person and pay him high salary and other benefits. You need not hire extra staff to complete your project works. You only need to pay for the task that is outsourced and the rate is fixed hourly based.
We have outsourced our service to VServe Solution (www.vservesolution.com) and Diksha research from India which are best at its service and I would gladly recommend these outsourcing companies. The service provided by the company is cost effective and reliable and they make sure to complete the project on time. They provide absolute service to their clients by constantly contacting the clients to get up-to-date information from them. You can outsource any service to these companies and see that the job is done with perfection and dedication.
